— The —RIGHTEOUS WANDERER

You have enough righteous energy to start a movement. Whether you stay long enough to see it through is another question.

Sagittarius · Nov 22 — Dec 21Wood Rat
I.Overview

Sagittarius runs hot — optimistic, philosophical, always one idea away from the next version of the truth. Add Wood and it stops being diffuse. The idealism gets specific. The taste gets refined. There's a version of how the world should be that you hold with something close to conviction, and you get visibly bothered when reality is smaller than that vision. The Rat adds social intelligence — warmth, charm, a natural ability to make people feel included — but also a characteristic move: when a conversation turns confrontational, you look for the door.

Your friends know you as the person who has the most interesting ideas in any group and the least patience for implementing them with anyone else.

II.Personality

You see ahead. It's not arrogance, though it occasionally sounds like arrogance — it's a Wood clarity about what should be done that makes second-guessing everyone else's choices almost involuntary. The Sagittarius in you adds a philosophical frame: you don't just want to do it differently, you want to be right about why. When both land at the same time, you're remarkably persuasive.

The Rat contributes something that makes this whole thing more functional than it might otherwise be: you're good with people. Not in a calculated way — you genuinely like them, find them interesting, move easily through social environments where other people with your level of conviction would create friction. You can be right and still get the room.

What the Rat also contributes is a stubborn streak that doesn't look like stubbornness. When pressed on an opinion, you don't double down — you pivot. You agree partially, you go quiet, you leave the conversation entirely. You don't yield, but you also don't fight about it. You just stop being there.

Now the part you don't post about.

The moving-on problem is real. Sagittarius exits when the idea has been had. Wood exits when the vision becomes a slog. Rat exits when the room stops being friendly. Three separate timers all pointing the same direction — and you've been telling yourself they don't all go off at once, but they do.

The shadow version of Wood's righteousness is passive-aggressive moral superiority: being quietly convinced that the people who stayed to handle the unglamorous part are doing it wrong, from a distance, without having to engage. You know this tendency. You don't always catch it in time.

Wood people carry an existential fear of stagnation — not of failing, but of becoming the person who stopped moving, stopped growing, stopped asking the next question. The version of this fear specific to you: that all the ideas were just momentum, and there's no there there.

III.Love

The Sagittarius + Wood combination falls for people who can keep up philosophically — who have views, who push back, who read things and want to talk about them. First conversations that go long. The feeling that this person sees something you haven't seen yet.

The Rat means you're warmer in love than people expect. You remember things. You make the person feel chosen, specifically. Early relationship energy from you is good — genuinely good, not performed.

What wears on people is the combination of strong opinions and low availability for conflict. You believe things with force, but when the relationship hits a pattern worth naming, you don't name it — you go cheerful and vague, or suddenly very busy, or philosophically interested in change and growth in a way that avoids the specific conversation. Your partner starts to feel they're arguing with a moving target.

They try to bring something up at dinner — something real, something that's been sitting there for a few weeks. You hear them out. You say something thoughtful about it. Then you mention a trip you've been thinking about, and somehow that becomes the conversation, and the original thing is still there, unaddressed, and neither of you acknowledged the switch.

The ideas aren't the distraction. The ideas are the place you live. What costs you things is the small, unmoving truth you keep circling and calling by other names.
